By regularly checking your weight you stay aware and make adjustments before it’s too late.

Being overweight or obese increases the risk of serious health issues like heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Plus, almost no one looks better overweight. Remember, it’s easier to maintain your weight than to lose it later.
