If you aren’t familiar with barefoot shoes these shoes are basically flat (no elevation from heel to toe) and have a wider area for your toes so that they don’t get scrunched. The rubber sole is minimal, allowing you to feel the ground beneath your feet. These are the first barefoot shoe I’ve used but I must admit they feel very comfortable to wear and walk in. Because they are minimalist you will need to train your feet to naturally roll as you walk, something you don’t normally have to do with modern, highly padded heel shoes.
