These bands are awesome! I use them for over head presses, curls, and for additional resistance for my Bowflex machine. Two great things about this set -1/ it comes with two handles, 2/ It comes with a door anchor you can use to anchor the bands to a door (swinging out, of course). There is so many exercises you can do with resistance bands and because they are light and can be packed compactly, you can travel with them. Great investment for someone who doesn’t want to bother with clumsy weights. This set comes with a variety of bands allowing a full range of resistance.
