While this comes in a set of 4 kettle bells, I only use the 20 lbs. bell as the others are too light to use. A basic kettle bell for a number of difference exercises, including using for squats, which I do regularly Because it is easy to hold with two hands, it does the job. I don’t use this as often as I would if I had two (of the same weight).
Can be used for squats, lunges, single arm Lat pull, and kettlebell swings, among other exercises.
